Lovely, sweetie. I hear you're supposed to get a lot more snow. I envy you - here its wet, dark, and last night we had tornado's - in January, for heaven's sake! I'd prefer the snow!
Sorry I haven't been online much the past week, I've been pretty wiped out with a cold I caught from my neice on Christmas. I dragged myself to work yesterday thru the snow and ice, and the high point of my day was taking these pics! We're in for more later in the week... oh woe.
I prefer snow to the grey skies we have here. Those pics are quite lovely. There's something so soft and soothing about a snowy landscape. I know it's hell to have to travel in it, but sure is fine to look at.
I hope you are feeling better. Lots of rest, and more photos to lift your spirits.
hey, SB. hope you're feeling better soon. weren't you nabbed by a flu bug back in october, too? that SUCKS.
but oh gosh aren't those pictures breathtaking - i can just about smell that cold clean air even from here.
they keep teasing us with the old 30% CYA prediction here, but we haven't seen anything but ice this season. it's what we usually get - but i'd love to have a nice, friendly 1 - 2 inches of snow sometime/ you know, no power outages, just peaceful silence ... at least until the kids get out in it.
Great Pictures, gypsy, nice to meet you! I seem to run into FLS and OWL lately, hope they don't mind. Its not on purpose! (that happens to me with blogenfreude too)
I'm getting better now, just in time for 2 weeks of my older daughter visiting. Whew, it's like the holidays haven't ended yet! We went on a photo jaunt yesterday to the nearby resevoir, with the old same camera, and the new camera I got for Christmas! Nikon Digital SLR. It's taking awhile to figure out how to use it, but I got some breathtaking shots yesterday, and as soon as I get a few minutes to myself, I'll upload some.
Thanks for all your well wishes, I am feeling better, thought I might be getting pnumonia, but I've coughed it all out, and my voice is coming back. Back to work today, and all that housework to catch up on!

I'm quite happy with no snow. Those creek pictures are marvelous, though! Yes, I am saving the first one:)
Sorry to hear you're sick, my dear. Nasty weather makes being ill so much worse. I hope you get better soon.

Are you OK, Sweetie? Haven't heard from you in a while, and you did say you were feeling ill - just checking to make sure everythings fine.
