Open Letter: Gov Jodi Rell
Thank you for supporting and signing on to the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) the other day. I really appreciate the efforts of the state governments, after the Bush administration has not only dropped the ball, he's thrown it down a well (an oil well).

To Gov Rell credit where credit is due. She did good to sign on to this.
Her recent failure to swiftly handle the small election fraud or whatever by her secretary is not what we are looking for. Shame on her and her secretary.

I felt it was a good thing to praise good moves by politicians, they probably hear alot more complaints than anything else... I got the feeling that the hoo hoo with her secty was really an overreach by the secty, and hope the woman gets an ethics refresher soon.
