NBC 30 rejects Move On ad

*click the title for the link

NBC has declined to air an ad paid for by MoveOn.org, calling it misleading. I call bias, and have emailed the station to dress them down for it. I am so sick of Network TV schilling for Bush and his minions!

You could contact NBC 30 here

Misleading? I thought that was the point of all advertising.

There are extreme positions in the scan of the political world.

When your views are so out of the mainstream that move on . org seems like a truth bearer it is time for personal reevaluation about whom is biased.

That would be "who" is biased. "Whom" is an object pronoun, and can never under any circumstances be the subject of a verb.

Oh, and Mark? You're full of it.

Hey, RD

How can you tell if a republican is lying.....?

Hello, Mark, and welcome. Not so out of the mainstream. In fact, the tide is turning, and my hopes for impeachment are rising with that tide.

Good Morning Green Knight,
and thank you. Your armor is shining this morning.

I just mailed 30 with your help,; thanks, G. Mark, I suggest to you the test is more basic than where you think you fit on some fleeting scale of "what's the concensus today." It seems to me in part a matter of integrity and justice, which are mostly lacking in the formation of concensus today. Move on strikes me as centrist, and deserving of a "mainstream" designation, which I find wholly lacking on the right.

Welcome to my caravan JohnieB,

MoveOn should be considered moderate, but the wingers have moved the bar so far right even I would be considered an extremist now. :)
