Still hanging on... this October is still warm and sunny, but the nights have been crisp. They say the weather will turn this week. I'm really not looking forward to the cold this year. Time to get snow tires, and get the fan in my car fixed. It's been making a truely nasty noise lately. I swear it's in it's last throes - kinda like McPalin.

Gypsy, it was so hot here yesterday that I broke down and turned the air-conditioning back on. I've been doing my fall house cleaning and I was sweating like a whore in church. Then this morning when I went out to chore I needed a jacket. On my way back to the house I notice that two daffodils had bloomed. Go figure.
I hope you're right about those last McPalin throes. I'd hate for them to stage some kind of comeback.
