Beautiful! That would be a great place to have a picnic lunch... at the picnic table.
And the really cool thing is that anyone can come & have a picnic. The state of CT bought the estate (the cousins that inherited it could not come up with the money for the taxes) and the state bought it for 30 thousand. Now, anyone can picnic on the grounds for free - it costs only $5 to see the house.
